1:1 Coaching · Movement, Structure & Accountability

You don't need everything figured out. You need the right practice, and someone who expects you to show up.

The Practice Continues is 1:1 coaching for people in transition: building routines that hold, a body you feel at home in, and the self-trust to follow through on what matters to you.

One client at a time, taken personally. Applying is a request to be considered, not enrollment, and nothing is charged.

Sound familiar

You're not lacking discipline. You're carrying it alone.

  • I start strong, and then I lose it by week three.
  • Everything competes for my attention and something always slips.
  • I know what I want. I just can't seem to act on it consistently.
  • I look at everyone else and feel like I'm behind.
  • Ambition, rest, and taking care of myself keep pulling in different directions.

None of this is a character flaw. It's what happens when you're trying to change your life without structure, without support, and without anyone expecting you to show up.

The shift

From starting over to continuing on.

The change isn't a new personality or a burst of motivation. It's structure for your real week, practices that fit your body, and someone who notices when you go quiet.

  • Routines that start strong and fade by week three

Routines that survive a hard week

  • Knowing what you want without the action to match

Clear goals, broken into what today actually asks

  • Feeling disconnected from your body

Moving in a way that finally feels like yours

  • Waiting to feel ready before you begin

Following through, and trusting yourself more each time

The work

1:1 Coaching

One client. One program. One person who knows exactly what you're working toward and notices when you go quiet.

  1. 01

    Weekly 30-Minute Zoom Calls

A standing hour with me every week for your progress, your goals, and honest support when the week didn't go to plan.

  2. 02

    Custom-Tailored Program

Nothing recycled. Your program is built around your goals, your body, your schedule, and the season you're in.

  3. 03

    Tracking & Accountability

Weekly check-in forms so I know where you actually are, and so you can't quietly disappear on yourself.

  4. 04

Weekly Calendar & Daily To-Do Lists

Structure you can follow on a Tuesday: a detailed weekly calendar and simple daily lists that keep the practice moving.

  5. 05

    Lifestyle Support

Sleep, habits, recovery, and the small daily decisions that decide whether a routine holds or collapses.

Every program is built individually, so investment is discussed on our call, after I've read your application and we both know this is the right fit.

Meet Isaiah

You're investing in guidance, not just a program.

I'm Isaiah Scott, a multidisciplinary artist, movement facilitator, and yoga teacher who believes that how we care for ourselves shapes how we show up in the world.

I created The Practice Continues as a space for people to reconnect with themselves, build sustainable routines, and turn their intentions into action. My philosophy is that growth isn't about having everything figured out or striving for perfection. It's about showing up, learning to trust yourself, and finding practices that support the life you want to create.

Through movement, personalized guidance, and accountability, my goal is to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself through one practice, one commitment, and one day at a time.

How it works

What happens after you apply

Step 1

You apply

Seven short steps, about five minutes. Honest answers help far more than polished ones.

Step 2

I read it myself

Every application comes straight to me. If it looks like a fit, we book a 30-minute call to talk through where you are and what you're after.

Step 3

We begin

If it's right for both of us, we map your program, set your weekly call, and start building the practice.

Submitting an application is a request to be considered for coaching. It isn't enrollment and it isn't a payment. Nothing is charged, and you're not committed to anything by applying.
